Meet Cynthia
Along my journey, I created my own "support group," if you will, by sharing my story with not only trusted family and friends, but eventually complete strangers. Once the weight of shame and guilt lifted, I couldn't be stopped. Attending multiple support groups, along with vocalizing my fears to complete strangers (think Target team members) became my outlet. My experience has led me to where I am today as an Integrative Fertility Coach. I believe this journey was meant for me to help others through theirs.
Indoors, I enjoy family board games, exercising, listening to audiobooks, creating in the kitchen, supporting local eateries, and art and home projects. In the great outdoors, skiing is my favorite winter sport along with summer pastimes: paddle-boarding, kayaking, bicycling, camping, hiking and picnicking.

Support Team
My team consisted of the usual suspects: doctors, nurses, phlebotomists and an acupuncturist (to name a few). Further support included counselors, various support groups and others experiencing the similar emotional and physical hardships of creating a family.

Although my village was vast and plentiful, a very important piece was missing...someone to tie it all together.
" A fertility coach bridges the gap and leaves you supported, validated and empowered with moving forward. "
Take time for your well being. You matter. Your future family matters.

Fortunately, my fertility journey resulted in a positive life-altering outcome. Two actually! My daughters. I am grateful for the knowledge and acceptance gained from my village along the way.
